Account Deletion – Dinosaur Life: Survival Sim

This page explains how to delete your Dinosaur Life: Survival Sim account (developer: Redour) and what happens to your data. How to request deletion In the app (fastest): Open the game and tap the gear icon in the top bar to open Settings. In the Account box, tap DELETE ACCOUNT. Confirm on the dialog that appears. Your account is deleted immediately and the game returns to the first-launch screen. By email: if you can no longer open the app, write to vegafcdgames@outlook.com from the Google account linked to your game account, with the subject “Account deletion”. We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply. What is deleted The following are deleted permanently and cannot be recovered: Your player profile: nickname, experience, level and account type Your in-game currency balances (gold coins and dino tokens) Your unlocked dinosaurs and customization choices Daily reward streak, mission cooldown and rewarded-ad counters Your authentication account (the anonymous or Google Play Games identity used to sign in) What is retained, and for how long Purchase records (transaction identifier, product identifier, purchase time and the amount granted) are retained for as long as required by applicable tax, accounting and consumer protection law, and to handle refund or chargeback requests. These records are kept for financial audit purposes and are not used to identify you in the game after deletion. If you previously bought the one-time premium upgrade, its purchase record is kept so that the entitlement can be restored if you install the game again and sign in with the same Google account. Google Play treats a one-time purchase as permanently owned, so without this record the item could neither be restored nor bought again. Aggregated and anonymised analytics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained indefinitely. Deleting your account does not cancel or refund purchases already made through Google Play. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its own policy. Guest accounts If you play as a guest without linking a Google account, your progress exists only on that device and under that anonymous identity. Deleting the app without first deleting the account leaves the record on our servers unreachable; use Settings → DELETE ACCOUNT before uninstalling if you want the data removed.
