CrashFlex Privacy Policy
CrashFlex: Car Crash Simulator
Developer: Redour
Android package: com.redour.CrashFlex
Effective date: 1 October 2026
This policy explains what information is collected when you play CrashFlex: Car Crash Simulator (the "Game"), why it is collected, and what choices you have. The Game is developed and published by Redour ("we", "us", "our").
In short
- You can play without an account. We never ask for your name, e-mail address, phone number, photos or contacts.
- Your progress and settings are saved only on your device.
- The Game uses two Google services: Google AdMob to show ads and Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the Game is played. These services collect device identifiers and usage data, as described below.
- We do not sell your personal information.
1. Information stored on your device
Game progress (unlocked levels, stars, best times and scores), your selected vehicle and your settings (graphics, sound, controls) are stored locally on your device. This information is not sent to us. Uninstalling the Game or clearing its data deletes it.
2. Information collected by third-party services
2.1 Google Analytics for Firebase
We use Firebase only for analytics. It automatically collects:
- an app instance ID (a random identifier created when the Game is installed) and, where permitted, your device's advertising ID;
- device information such as model, operating system version, language and screen resolution;
- your approximate location (country, region, city), which Google estimates from your IP address;
- usage data such as when sessions start and how long they last, which game modes and levels you play, level start and finish events, and ad impressions.
We use this information to see which features players use, find levels that are too hard or broken, fix problems and improve the Game. Event-level analytics data is kept for a maximum of 14 months and then deleted automatically. We do not use any other Firebase service (such as Crashlytics, Authentication, Cloud Messaging or databases) to store information about you.
2.2 Google AdMob
The Game shows ads served by Google AdMob, which helps keep the Game free. AdMob may collect:
- your device's advertising ID and app set ID;
- your IP address and the approximate location derived from it;
- device information such as model, operating system version, language, screen size and network type;
- ad interaction data, such as which ads were shown and whether you tapped them;
- diagnostic data about ad loading and performance.
This information is used to deliver ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance, prevent fraud and abuse and, where you have agreed to it, show personalized ads. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
| Data | Collected by | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Advertising ID, app set ID | AdMob, Firebase Analytics | Ads, ad measurement, analytics |
| App instance ID | Firebase Analytics | Analytics |
| Approximate location (from IP address) | AdMob, Firebase Analytics | Ads, analytics, fraud prevention |
| Device and app information | AdMob, Firebase Analytics | Ads, analytics, troubleshooting |
| Gameplay and ad interaction events | AdMob, Firebase Analytics | Ads, analytics, improving the Game |
| Progress and settings | Your device only | Saving your game |
3. Consent and your ad choices
- European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: when you first open the Game, a consent message from Google's User Messaging Platform asks whether your data may be used for personalized ads and analytics. You can accept or decline. If you decline, you may still see non-personalized ads, which use limited data (for example to cap how often an ad is shown and to prevent fraud).
- United States: if you live in a state with a consumer privacy law, you can opt out of the use of your information for personalized ads.
- You can review or change your choice at any time with the Privacy Options button in the Game's settings.
- On any Android device you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings > Privacy > Ads (on some devices Settings > Google > Ads). After you delete it, apps can no longer use it for personalized ads.
4. Legal bases (EEA and UK)
- Consent: personalized ads, and analytics where consent is required.
- Legitimate interests: showing non-personalized ads so the Game can stay free, measuring ad delivery, preventing fraud, and keeping the Game working and improving it.
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. The data described in Section 2 is collected and processed by Google LLC (and Google Ireland Limited for users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland) as our service provider and, for advertising, as an independent controller under the Google Privacy Policy. Firebase's privacy information is available at firebase.google.com/support/privacy. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. Under some US state laws, using advertising identifiers for personalized ads can count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising"; you can opt out as described in Section 3.
6. International transfers
Google processes data on servers in the United States and other countries. Transfers from the EEA, UK and Switzerland rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Google LLC is certified, and on Standard Contractual Clauses. For users in Türkiye, transfers abroad are made in line with Article 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
7. Device permissions
The Game uses internet and network-state access to load ads and send analytics, and the advertising ID permission (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID) to read the advertising ID. It does not ask for your location (GPS), camera, microphone, contacts, photos or files.
8. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Game, contact us and we will work with Google to have it deleted.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, KVKK or US state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, to withdraw your consent at any time, to opt out of targeted advertising, and to complain to a data protection authority (in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority, KVKK). Because the Game does not collect your name or contact details, we usually cannot link analytics or ad data to you personally. You can always delete the data on your device by uninstalling the Game, and stop ad personalization as described in Section 3. For any other request, e-mail us; we will reply within 30 days.
10. Security
The Google SDKs send data over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. We do not run our own servers that store player data.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Game or the services it uses change. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will also announce it in the Game or on its store page.
