PRIVACY POLICY — GHOST VOWS

This Privacy Policy explains how Heartbroken Games ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you play Ghost Vows (the "Game") on iOS and Android. By playing the Game, you agree to the practices described here.



1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT


a) Information you provide

- Account & profile: a username / display name, avatar and cosmetic choices, and an account identifier used to create or sign in to your account (for example, a device-based ID or a platform account such as Apple Game Center or Google Play Games).

- Purchases: records of in-game purchases (items bought, virtual currency such as Gems and Coins). Payments are processed by the app store — we do not receive your full payment card details.

- Support & communications: if you contact us, we receive your messages and any information you include.


b) Information collected automatically

- Device & technical data: device model, operating system, language, region, app version, and device identifiers.

- Advertising identifier: your device's advertising ID (Apple's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID), used to deliver and measure ads.

- Gameplay & usage data: level, XP, progression, matches played, in-game actions, and settings.

- Network data: IP address, used to connect you to other players and servers during online multiplayer.

- Diagnostics: crash reports, performance data, and error logs.


c) Voice chat

The Game offers in-game voice chat. When you enable it and grant microphone permission, your voice is transmitted in real time to other players in your session so you can communicate. We do not record or store voice chat audio. You can disable voice chat and revoke microphone permission at any time in your device settings.


d) Information from third parties

If you sign in through a platform service (for example, Apple Game Center or Google Play Games) or connect with friends, we may receive a user ID, username, and friend or session information from that service.



2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

- Provide and operate the Game, including online multiplayer, matchmaking, and saving your progress.

- Process and deliver in-game purchases and virtual items.

- Enable social features such as friends, servers, and voice chat.

- Show advertising in the Game, including personalized advertising where permitted, and measure its performance.

- Maintain safety and integrity: prevent cheating, fraud, and abuse, and enforce our terms.

- Improve the Game through analytics and diagnostics.

- Provide customer support and respond to your requests.

- Comply with legal obligations.



3. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

- With other players: your username and in-game presence/activity are visible to others in multiplayer, and your voice is shared during voice chat.

- Service providers: companies that help us run the Game — such as cloud hosting and multiplayer networking, analytics, crash reporting, and voice chat services — under agreements that limit their use of the data.

- Advertising partners: we share your advertising identifier and limited device and usage data with advertising networks to show and measure ads. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads.

- App stores: Apple and Google process your purchases and provide the platform.

- Legal & safety: when required by law or to protect users, the public, or our rights.

- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.



4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Game uses third-party SDKs and services that may collect information under their own privacy policies, including:

- Unity — game engine and related services (unity.com/legal/privacy-policy).

- Photon / PUN 2 (Exit Games) — online multiplayer networking (photonengine.com).

- Firebase (Google) — analytics, crash reporting, and related services (policies.google.com/privacy).

- Google AdMob (Google) — advertising (policies.google.com/privacy).

- Apple App Store and Google Play — platform and payment processing.

5. DATA RETENTION

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Game, after which we delete or anonymize it, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.



6. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA/UK under GDPR, Turkey under KVKK, or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent.

- Account deletion: you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at vegafcdgames@outlook.com.

- Device permissions: you can control microphone and notification permissions in your device settings.

- Advertising choices: you can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings. On iOS, you can decline tracking when prompted (App Tracking Transparency); on Android, you can opt out of ad personalization in your Google settings.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Ghost Vows is a horror game and is not directed to children. It is intended for players aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at vegafcdgames@outlook.com and we will delete it.



8. DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.



9. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.



10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, where required, provide additional notice.
